The Shabu-shabu Course features Kagoshima black pork shabu-shabu as the main dish, along with seasonal appetizers, fresh fish with sesame sauce, and chicken nanban.You can finish off your meal with mentaiko chazuke and enjoy dessert after your meal.It comes with an all-you-can-drink option, including local Shinshu sake, so it's recommended for guests from outside the prefecture and for entertaining guests.
