Enchi's Shinshu Course starts with handmade mini oyaki, followed by a platter of three Shinshu appetizers, lean horse meat sashimi, and a teppan sukiyaki plate of juicy Shinshu beef.The final dish is seasonal clay pot rice.Finish off with some refreshing ice cream.The all-you-can-drink Shinshu local sake is also an attractive option, and the restaurant can be used by guests from outside the prefecture or for entertaining guests.
